Purpose part 2

Purpose. What is it? What is 𝘮𝘺 purpose? ⁣

The idea behind purpose is that there’s a reason for everything. There’s a reason for us to be here. It implies an active state where we must 𝘥𝘰 something in order to find our purpose. ⁣

And for many of us, that reason or purpose has to do with 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 we do more than 𝘸𝘩𝘰 we are. ⁣

However, after years of psychological training, meditation, spiritual readings, and books, I see purpose differently. ⁣

Purpose isn’t something we find. It isn’t a degree or a job or whether we get married and have children. Purpose truly is 𝘸𝘩𝘰 𝘸𝘦 𝘢𝘳𝘦. ⁣

We are our purpose. ⁣

Our purpose is to continue to grow spiritually and psychologically, healing ourselves and those around us. ⁣

You don’t have to go looking for your purpose because you have already found it. Think of purpose as a journey that you will continue to navigate with spiritual and psychological tools as your guides.
