Group Therapy: Empowerment Through Connection
Group therapy offers a supportive environment where you can connect with others facing similar challenges. In addition to professional guidance, the shared experiences and perspectives of others can help you feel understood, supported, and empowered to create lasting change.
Group Therapy
Groups Offered:
-
Life is full of changes, and navigating them can feel overwhelming. This group offers a supportive environment where you can share experiences, gain insights from others, and find strength in collective support. You’ll leave with practical tools to build resilience, clarity, and confidence as you embrace what’s next.
-
Drawing from the work of Dr. Lindsay Gibson’s Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents, this group provides a safe space for those healing from childhood experiences with emotionally unavailable, self-centered, or neglectful parents.
-
Divorce doesn’t have to be a journey you walk alone. This group offers guidance on processing the emotional impact of divorce, co-parenting strategies, and finding a new path forward.
-
Anxiety can leave you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and disconnected from your own emotions. This group is designed to help you break free from patterns of self-sacrifice and putting others' needs before your own. You'll explore how to reconnect with your true feelings, set healthy boundaries, and find balance in your life. With the support of the group, you’ll learn how to navigate anxiety while honoring your own needs, reclaiming your voice, and building resilience.
What to Expect:
Format: All groups are held virtually for 1.5 hours each week for 8 weeks. Group size is limited to 6-8 members pre-approved to ensure a cohesive group. $100/session ($800 per group)
